The finishing of a mailing piece can include a variety of options.

Folding is not the same for every job.  Our machines can fold a variety of materials in numerous configurations.  We can score or perforate and, when needed, hand fold your job.

Machine inserting means faster processing with consistent results.  Our machines insert up to four pieces into several different sizes of envelopes, at speeds up to 5,000 pieces per hour.

If you require a personal touch, we also insert by hand-from assembling kits to hand-matching personalized letters & envelopes.

Other services include: collating, stapling, gluing, paper clipping and wafer sealing, Wafer tabs don’t just keep your mailing piece closed, they help qualify mail for postal discounts.  Our wafer sealing machines can affix one or two strategic tabs in a variety of sizes and colors.
